Local AI Consulting

I work independently as an AI consultant. I don’t sell a fixed product or a platform; I help you figure out where AI genuinely makes sense for your situation, and then I get it working.

A lot of the noise around AI comes from bolting the biggest, most general model onto every problem. I take a different approach.

Local first

My focus is on local AI: models that run on your own hardware, on your network, not locked into a third-party API. That means your data stays yours, your costs stay predictable, and you aren’t dependent on someone else’s service or pricing.

Getting there well starts with understanding what you actually need, not what’s hyped. I help you:

  • figure out what the problem really is and what the AI has to be able to do
  • find the right-sized model, big enough to be useful and small enough to run smoothly and cheaply
  • recommend the hardware that matches it, so you’re not over- or under-buying
  • set the whole thing up so it actually works in your environment

Solving real problems

The goal is always a working solution to a concrete problem, not a demo. If AI is the right tool, I make sure it delivers value; if it isn’t, I’ll tell you, because that saves you time and money.

Custom solutions

When an off-the-shelf tool doesn’t fit, I develop custom solutions for your workflows: small, focused pieces that slot into the way you already work, rather than forcing you to change everything to suit a generic product.

If you’ve got a problem in mind and want to know whether local AI can solve it, email me or book a call.
